Custom transfers are non-returnable. We'll gladly reprint any sheet with a print-quality or adhesion problem — this excludes problems caused by low-resolution or incorrect artwork, which the builder warns you about before you order.
Pressing instructions

Times are a starting point — presses vary, so test one piece first.
- Pre-press the garment flat for 5 seconds to drive out moisture.
- Position the transfer print side down, with the clear film facing up, and cover it with a Teflon sheet.
- Press at 300–325°F for 10–15 seconds with medium to high pressure.
- Let it cool for 5–10 seconds, then peel the film back slowly.
- Cover with the Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds to finish.

What is a gang sheet?
One long sheet of transfer film with as many of your designs on it as will fit. You pay for the sheet, not per design — so filling the space is what makes it cheap.
What can I press these onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, fleece — DTF sticks to almost anything, light or dark, with no weeding and no cutting.
How good does my artwork need to be?
For best results, upload a clear PNG with a transparent background at your intended print size. 300 DPI is ideal, but lower DPI artwork can still print well — clarity depends on the design and final size. The builder checks every image live and warns you before you order if something may look soft.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. A single 2 ft sheet is a perfectly normal order.
What file format should I use for DTF printing?
Upload PNG, JPG or WEBP files. A clear PNG with a transparent background, saved at your print size, works best. 300 DPI is ideal, but lower DPI artwork can still print well. Our builder warns you when artwork may look soft.
