These terms cover orders from Cold House Customz and the use of coldhousecustomz.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Online payments are processed through Square using the available payment methods. For large bulk orders, we can arrange invoice billing. Payment is required before printing begins. There is no minimum order quantity.
Proofs
For custom orders that include a digital proof, we wait for your approval before printing. Please check all designs, spelling, names, numbers, colors, and sizes before ordering or approving your proof.
Your artwork
Only submit artwork, logos, names, and images you own or have permission to use. You retain any rights you have in your artwork. We use submitted artwork to prepare and fulfill your order and handle related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Shipping, returns, and mistakes
Everything is made to order. All sales are final, except where required by law. If something is wrong with your order, please see our Shipping & Returns policy for how to report a problem and the available remedies.
Our designs and website
Please don't copy or resell original Cold House Customz designs, photos, or website content without permission, except where allowed by law. This does not apply to artwork owned by customers or other third parties.
