Privacy Policy

What we collect

Cold House Customz respects your privacy. We collect contact and shipping information, order details, personalization, quote requests, uploaded artwork, team rosters, chat messages, and website usage data.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, create designs, respond to questions, send updates and occasional promotions, improve our website, and keep business records.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run our business:

• Square: secure payments. We never receive your full card number.
• Resend: customer and marketing emails.
• Vercel: website hosting and private file storage.
• Google Analytics: website traffic and usage, without names or contact details.
• Google Calendar: consultation bookings.
• Anthropic (Claude): our website chat, and help drafting quote replies, which may include contact information, quote details and past-order summaries.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Emails and unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails with the link in the email or by replying "unsubscribe." Order-related messages will still be sent.

Cookies and your browser

Google Analytics may use cookies. Your cart and design work may be saved in your browser. The AR camera stays on your device; we don't record or upload camera footage. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Your choices

Email coldhousecustomz@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may keep records required for taxes or legal purposes.

Children

Our website is for adults, not children under 13. Student names and numbers for custom garments are supplied by the adult ordering and used only to make the order, never to advertise to students. Contact us if a child has given us personal information.
